Twila Jane Kelly, 86, of Westfield, was arrested Aug. 20 for second-degree trespass, a misdemeanor. She is to be in court on Sept. 23.

Christopher Keaton Fountain, 35, of Tobaccoville, was arrested on Aug. 20 for assault with intent to inflict serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon, both misdemeanors. His trial date is Sept. 16.

Lisa Ann Walker, 56, of King, was charged with making a false police report on Aug. 20. She has a Sept. 16 court date.

Joshua Lacy Hall, 35, of King, was charged with felony assault on a female on Aug. 19. No bond or trial date was listed on the report.

Angela Dawn Woods, 29, of Pinnacle, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, on Aug. 19. Bond was set at $5,000. She is to be in court on Sept. 9.

David Matthew Phipps, 32, of Pinnacle, was arrested on Aug. 19 for felony probation violation, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and failure to appear on a previous charge. Bond was set at $77,000, and he has a trial date on Sept. 9. Phipps was also arrested on Aug. 15 for two counts of probation violation. Bond for that charge was $15,000, and he was to be in court on Aug. 19.

Robert Ray Stewart, 37, of King, was arrested on Aug. 19 for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and resisting an officer. Bond was $3,000. His trial date is Sept. 16.

Amanda Rae Winfrey, 32, of Walnut Cove, was arrested on Aug. 19 for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $3,000 and she is to go to trial on Sept. 16.

Kimberly Alexis Lachino, 23, of Mount Airy, was charged with failure to appear on Aug. 18. Bond was $500. She is to be in court on Sept. 9.

Jonathan William Dowell, 42, of East Bend, was charged on Aug. 18 with failure to appear, plus simple possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance. Bond was $10,000. His trial is Sept. 9.

Carland Carter Clark Jr., 37, of Winston-Salem, was charged with failure to appear in court on Aug. 17. Bond was $40,000, and his trial date is Sept. 14.

Steven Kern Styers, 42, of Walnut Cove, was arrested Aug. 17 for three felonies: trafficking marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for controlled substances, along with misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000. He is to appear before a judge on Sept. 16.

Bradley Wayne Mabe, 38, of Danbury, was charged on Aug. 17 with failure to appear in court. Bond was $500, and he is to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Lillian Evon Billings, 27, of Winston-Salem, was charged with failure to appear in Pasquotank County on Aug. 16. Bond was $500. She has a Oct. 1 court date in Elizabeth City.

William Leonard Lawson, 35, no address, was charged with felony identity theft and misdemeanor possession of a fraudulent identification on Aug. 16. Bond was $10,000. He has a Sept. 16 court date.

Justin Grant Posey, 31, of Pinnacle, was arrested Aug. 15 for assault on a female and assault by pointing a gun. His court date is Sept. 15.

Christopher Ray Locklear, 35, of Walnut Cove, was arrested on Aug. 15 for felony assault by strangulation and communicating threats, a misdemeanor. His trial is Sept. 16.

Claude Glendale Mabe, 60, of Danbury, was arrested on Aug. 14 for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, plus driving with no insurance, expired registration, and fictitious title/registration/tag. Bond was set at $1,000 and his trial is Sept. 16.

David Ray Lunsford, 34, of Pinnacle, was charged Aug. 14 with failure to appear in Yadkin County court. Bond was $1,000. He is to appear in court on Oct. 13 in Yadkinville.

Mike Daniel Hopwood, 55, of King, was charged with failure to appear on Aug. 14. Bond was set at $20,000. He was to be in court on Aug. 18.

A Winston-Salem man reported his car was stolen in Walnut Cove on Aug. 20. The vehicle was a red Geo Metro convertible.

A black Chevy truck belonging to an Asheville man was reported stolen on Aug. 20 from a location in Walnut Cove.

Several items were taken from a Germanton residence on Aug. 19, including a $900 sword, a set of wheels and tires and a homemade quilt.

A green trailer was reported stolen from a Walnut Cove property on Aug. 19. Estimated value was $700.

A blue Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera was reported stolen on Aug. 19 from a residence in Lawsonville.

A Walnut Cove man reported being stabbed in the leg with a butter knife on Aug. 18. No additional information was included in the report.

A number of items were reportedly stolen from a Madison residence on Aug. 18 including a gold and diamond ring, clothing, a purse, numerous cigarette lighters, and medication (Xanax, Gabapentin and Hydrocodone). The total value of the items was more than $2,500.

On Aug. 17, building materials were stolen from a job site in Walnut Cove, according to a report. The items included 35 OSB boards and 30 bundles of roofing shingles, with a total value of $2,000.

A pistol was reported stolen on Aug. 16 from a home in Walnut Cove. The pistol was a Ruger SR22, purple in color, valued at $500, and it had two magazines.

An electric fence power box was reportedly stolen from an outbuilding on Rogers Road on Aug. 15. The Fieldmaster power box was valued at $800.

On Aug. 14, a King man reported that his truck was broken into and several items were taken, including a paint ball gun, a hunting bag, binoculars, and a watch. Total value was just under $800.

Eight guns were reported stolen on Aug. 14 from a Pinnacle residence. Listed as stolen on the incident report were: A Marlin single-shot rifle, a Glock 17 9mm handgun, a Smith and Wesson nickel .44 caliber pistol, a Smith and Wesson nickel .38 caliber pistol, a blued Smith and Wesson .38 caliber pistol, a blued .22 revolver (unknown brand), a blued .22 caliber High Standard 9-shot revolver, and a Taurus 606 .357 Magnum revolver. The total value of the weapons was more than $2,600.
